Free mammograms at St. Vincent’s

St. Vincent’s Comprehensive Cancer Center in Chelsea at 325 W. 15th St., between Eighth and Ninth Aves, is offering free mammogram screenings for eligible women from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Thurs. Oct. 19, National Mammography Day.  

Women 40 and over, or women over 35 with a history of breast cancer in their families are invited to participate. To be eligible, a woman cannot have had a mammogram in the last 12 months and mammograms will be provided based on a clinical assessment.
