Celebrated in cities across the nation, it had a special flair at the Robert Fulton Houses this year, with the 10th Precinct and PSA 4 joining forces to provide food, music, balloons and fun for nearly 200 residents and a special contingent of the NYPD’s youth program, the Explorers. Rep. Jerrold Nadler was in attendance, telling the crowd about the $150,000 in federal funds his office has recently allocated for Fulton Houses.
