With crane sightings multiplying daily, and residents ducking under scaffolding every third block to shield themselves from the next mystery development, Chelsea Now thought it high time to expand its real estate and housing coverage by rolling out a bi-weekly column chronicling the new kids on the block. Below, the fourth residential development in the series.
