Chelsea 300 Block stoops to conquer The 300 West Block Association, covering 21st, 22nd and 23rd Sts., will hold its annual Saturday Stoop Sale from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on May 19. The fair will take place on 22nd St. from Seventh to Tenth Avenues, with a May 20 rain date. Only residents will be authorized to sell books, toys, clothes and small items on tables in front of their buildings or on stoops. No food or large furniture will be allowed for sale, and no commercial vendors will be permitted.
