On W. 29th St. between 11th and 12th Aves., near a Greyhound parking lot and a Department of Sanitation garage, a Jim Hoffa campaign sticker was prominently displayed on a lamppost, top. The son of the late disappeared Teamster chief Jimmy Hoffa, Hoffa is running for re-election as president of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. Maybe there’s too much art in Chelsea, which may explain why a painting was left by the trash on 23rd St. and 11th Ave. on Wednesday night, bottom.
